When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. As you use SceneStreet, we store the characters, stories, storyboards, and media you create. We also collect basic usage data such as feature interactions and creation history to improve the service.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the SceneStreet service, process your creations, manage your account and credit balance, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
SceneStreet uses third-party AI providers (including fal.ai and Kling) to create images, videos, and voice samples. Your prompts and character descriptions are sent to these providers to fulfill creation requests. We also use Stripe for payment processing and Clerk for authentication. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Your account data and created content are retained as long as your account is active. Media assets may be archived after associated content is deleted. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your content at any time using the asset export feature. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
