Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SceneStreet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use SceneStreet. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SceneStreet to create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
AI-Created Content
Content created through SceneStreet (images, videos, voice samples, stories) is produced using third-party AI models. You retain ownership of your input prompts, character descriptions, and story ideas. You are granted a license to use the AI-created outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers.
Credits and Billing
SceneStreet operates on a credit-based system. Credits are deducted when you create content (images, videos, voice samples). Credit costs vary by creation type. Purchased credits are non-transferable. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Limitation of Liability
SceneStreet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SceneStreet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
