Credit-Based System

SceneStreet uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you create content such as images, videos, and voice samples. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Refunds for Failed Creations

If a creation fails due to a system error and no output is produced, your credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance. Failed creations are tracked in your transaction history as refunds. If credits were deducted but not automatically refunded for a failed creation, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Successful Creations

Credits used for successful creations — where an output (image, video, or voice sample) was produced — are non-refundable. This applies even if the output does not match your expectations, as AI creation results vary. You can recreate content for additional credits.

How to Request a Refund

For refund requests related to failed creations that were not automatically credited, or for issues with credit purchases, contact us at support@scenestreet.xyz with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
